Interview – Daniel de Cullá

See Daniel’s first interview with us here.

Any new items in your life, projects you’re working on, moves to new locations, etc. that you’d like to tack on to the ‘about you’ in your first interview?
At present, I’m working in three new books with poetry, narrative, pics and drawings: Parade in Fashion; Milling with the wind of a Slipper; and Guapalupe ( Saint Pe).
Tell us about the specific inspiration behind one or each of your accepted pieces.
A Horse Chesnut was logicallly inspired by the form of a new lovers’ memento. If the most of lovers impress a heart on a tree’s trunk, as a fertile field of hope, and others hang on the grating of a miraculous fountain two padlocks united; the Lovers of the poem draw a little eros on the horse-chesnuts of the twos, as evidence of their love.
Likewise, Sunset Bell Go Full Out is as a possible project in falling in love performed in a charateristic setting.
Incidental loves with its noises can be recorded with the native orange cat’ eyes in the background.
fēlan is old English for feel. What makes you feel amusement?
Felan makes me feel amusement. It’s a pleasure
Please feel free to add anything else you think is relevant.
Art and writing trade the earth’s voice for the mirror of ourselves with all the living.
