An Announcement

Hi everyone,

I want to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, supporting and submitting to fēlan. These past 2 years have been an amazing run, with a new issue every other month, now 11 in total. While I had future themes planned, I even announced the next call in the newsletter, to be honest, I’m just not able to keep up with the production of fēlan like I once was.

I’ve considered putting fēlan on hold off and on for many months now and have finally decided that issue 11 will be where it ends for now. I’m not saying it’s over for good, but it is at least on a break.

I’ll hold onto your most recent submissions and if/when fēlan returns, we will pick up where we left off.

I’ll continue to post issue 11 contributor interviews here and issue 1 – 11 throwback images on instagram. I may even begin to share other open calls from time to time on facebook and twitter. All issues will remain available for purchase and this site will stay live so that you are able to go back and visit contributor interviews.

I’m sorry if this comes as a disappointment or shock, this is just what I have to do for now. One day I hope to revive fēlan, but until then I wish you all well.
